Holy Cross Village at Notre Dame
Continuing Care Retirement Community
Notre Dame, Indiana
For this premier northern Indiana senior living community in sight of the University of Notre Dame’s famous Golden Dome, Panzica services included more than a year of preconstruction consultation for budgeting, sequencing and constructability analysis, providing key value engineering pivotal to achieving the project budget using all union building trades.
Multiple phases of the project were undertaken concurrently, including freestanding new construction and additions/remodels of several existing occupied structures. Project components included 96 new independent living apartments in a 4-story building with a 75-car underground parking garage, a central club structure with dining, office and activity areas, a 2-story 30-unit assisted living addition, a new 200-seat chapel and a 24-unit memory support addition.
All phases were completed on-time and on-budget with a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
