Financial Associates Office Building
South Bend, Indiana
Located in the Foundation Center office park on South Bend’s northeast side, the Financial Associates building is planned to take advantage of its unusual triangular site. A stepped series of full-height windows affords sweeping views of the adjacent nature preserve. Blue-tinted architectural glass and deep eaves help to reduce glare and heat from the summer sun. A long, low concrete wall follows the slope of the site out towards the street, drawing the eye from the sign up to the building. Panzica also constructed tenant improvements when the adjacent rental space was leased within just months of occupancy, demonstrating the soundness of an investment in a Panzica designed and built structure.
