Three Rivers, Michigan

A new multi-tenant medical office building including a diagnostic suite for x-ray, mammography, ultrasound and bone density testing. The site is adjacent to Three Rivers Hospital. Resident practices included Dr. Vera Patel. MD and Bronson Hospital affiliated medical practices.

Many sustainable design principles were incorporated, including abundant use of daylighting, illumination of spaces by solar tubes, and extensive use of sustainable and recycled building materials. The linoleum lobby floor was custom-designed to replicate the building’s logo, also designed by Panzica.
