A phase of Panzica’s master-planned Crescent at Blackthorn research and technology campus, Crescent Three was planned to achieve Tier III data center standards. To accommodate this the building was constructed of 12″ thick precast concrete wall panels, and provision was made for redundant power and data entry points, with facility-wide UPS and auxilliary power generation.

Located on a premier site adjacent to the interchange of I-80/90 and US 31, The prime tenant, Cincinnati Bell Communications, operates a co-location data center on the premises.
