National Institute for Trial Advocacy

The National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) is the nation’s leading provider of legal advocacy skills training. Panzica designed, built and developed a build-to-suit headquarters and fulfillment center for the organization, which was at the time affiliated with the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Located on a wooded site, the building was carefully planned to harmonize with the surrounding environment, taking optimum advantage of natural views and shading. A flexible open plan allowed for quick reconfiguration of functions to accommodate the organization’s need to respond to a rapidly changing market imperatives.
