Panzica managed a comprehensive turn-key project including site acquisition, schematic planning and design, construction documents and Integrated Project Delivery Design-Build. Panzica’s in-house team also provided complete interior design and procurement including all wall and floor finishes, custom cabinetry, signage, artwork and decor accessories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E). The site is within the Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve, less than two miles from the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, requiring adherence to strict green building development, design and construction standards.
